Tylenol Recall 2009
Tylenol Recall 2009 is listed on Tylenol.com or the FDA’s website today. But one report claims a “warehouse recall” is in place. Moreover, online comments says Sams Club users who recently purchased specific products from the manufacturer were called by their store. There they said the recall is only a “warehouse recall,” and store owners have already been advised to pull the drug from their shelves. They also directed doctors to pull sample bottles from their shelves. The best news? The drug is safe. It’s a voluntary recall. Lot numbers are thereafter posted in the report that is following by Sams’ shoppers commenting about recent calls. The carton labeling says that each dose provides 80 mg of acetaminophen. Consumers should know that each tablet of Children’s TYLENOL Meltaways contains 80 mg of acetaminophen. Caregivers should be guided by the dosage directions on the bottle label for the correct number of individual tablets to be given based on the child’s age and weight.
