Catch Heroes star James Kyson Lee tonight in the original Sci-Fi Channel movie Star Runners. James stars with Star Trek: Enterprise's Connor Trinneer as a pair of smugglers who find themselves in deep when they come into a possession of a mysterious crate and wind up crash-landing on a planet populated by killer bugs. That sucks. I don't know much else about it, other than the extremely brief promos I've been seeing on Sci Fi, which feature some explosions and indeed, giant bugs. Cool.
Christian Bale, above, returns as Batman in director Christopher Nolan's 2008 action sequel "The Dark Knight," at 9 tonight on HBO. Dangerous Encounters With Brady Barr: Australia is the destination as your intrepid host goes in search of the continent's deadly critters in this new installment (5 and 8 p.m. National Geographic). Primeval: A flesh-eating fungus has the team working overtime in this new episode of the sci-fi series (6 and 9 p.m. BBC America).
The Graham Norton Show: Willem Dafoe and singer Lily Allen are the guests (7 and 10 p.m. BBC America). Kings: A deadly plague threatens King Silas' (Ian McShane) kingdom on a new episode of the drama (8 p.m. NBC). Pushing Daisies: The fantasy drama about a pie shop owner (Lee Pace) with a supernatural gift presents its series finale (10 p.m. ABC). Man vs. Cartoon: One of cartoon villain Wile E. Coyote's crazy contraptions is re-created in the debut installment of this series (10 p.m. TRU).
