David Carradine will be saluted in a movie marathon on Spike TV today. It starts with one of his biggest roles in recent years, in the whole of "Kill Bill Vol. 1" (Spike, 2 and 7:30 p.m.) and "Kill Bill: Vol. 2" (Spike TV, 4:30 and 10 p.m.) twice. Then comes "Kung Fu Killer" (Spke, 1 a.m.). Say your final whimsical farewell to "Pushing Daisies" (ABC, 10 p.m.), which runs its last episode ever tonight. In the same space next week, the network will run off its remaining episodes of "Eli Stone." Say what you will about their cancellation decisions, at least they're allowing you to see the rest of the episodes that were shot. Not every series is afforded that courtesy.
