Kathleen K.C. Neill

Kathleen K.C. Neill
Kathleen K.C. Neill has managed to get herself arrested while working as a photographer's model. That's certainly an unusual outcome for simply standing in front of a lens but there was indeed a reason. Kathleen K.C. Neill was not just working as a photographer's model you see, she was working as a nude model. In public. In the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The attitude of the cops was that even though it was in the department of arms and armor her behaviour was not 'armless (ahem). Her lawyer does have a point when he says that given that the museum is packed to the rafters with nude pictures she's not really done anything reprehensible. The phto shoot that Kathleen K.C. Neill was taking part in appears to have been part of a series called "Nude Yorkers" being shot by the 22 year old Zach Hyman.
Hyman is on record as stating that he always has bail money on him when he photographs his nude subjects in public settings and that his lawyer is on speed dial. He's been doing this for some time and had not, up until now, actually had any arrest problems. What makes this arrest and its location all the more delicious is that Hyman has claimed that his interest in nudes was fired by the pictures in the....yes, the Metropolitan Museum of Art. A nude model who was posing for Zach Hyman's camera inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York was arrested for public lewdness. The model is Kathleen K.C. Neill, 26 years old. Neill's lawyerssay that the arrest was ridiculous because the MET is full of nude paintings, so why would another nude woman inside it be arrested?
