Guests of the Institute on the basis of the results from the front, side and rear impact crash tests, and for the first time, a good job testing the strength of the roof rollover protection are also needed to win. Each vehicle's overall score is based on a variety of measures specific to each angle of impact and the overall impact of crash test dummies inside the vehicle at the time of collision.
